Qualifications
Critical success factors
Commitment to working with diverse groups.
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
Strong group facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience facilitating activities with children.
Knowing how to have fun!
Minimum qualifications
Current first aid certification/CPR (can be provided).
Clear criminal background check; safe driving record.
Must be available for training June 1–4, 2027.
Group Leaders must be 18 years of age by the time of employment. CIT applicants must be entering 10th grade or above. See each role’s job description for its requirements.
